Please note that our essential oils and value-added products are offered at wholesale
cost to retailers with a valid sales permit and tax ID for the purpose of resale only. Generally, our wholesale products are priced 50% below our MSRP. Due to the immense savings, we have certain criteria that must be met in order to open a wholesale account:

You must complete a wholesale account application, providing your EIN, and Sales
& Use Tax ID.

Your store must meet the standards of the Blue Canyon Farm brand and not dilute the
image we promise to uphold for our wholesale family.

Accounts will be reviewed annually. We reserve the right to cancel an account if Blue Canyon Farm products are not being well maintained, stocked in suitable
temperatures, displayed well, kept in good hygiene (sample/tester products
replaced as needed) or if the account changes ownership. Duplication or adulteration of products or packaging or falsely representing products as your own is strictly prohibited. Blue
Canyon Farm does not allow our products to be sold on any type of auction site.
Soaps can only be sold at physical location provided to Blue Canyon Farm at the
time of order, and Blue Canyon Farm products must be sold under and by the
company whose TAX ID number is on file. Our products cannot be sold at
temporary locations not previously approved by Blue Canyon Farm (such as art
& craft festivals/markets). Blue Canyon Farm products cannot be sold at consignment shops, second hand stores, or stores that contain previously owned
products. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue the selling of our
products to parties with sales and distribution strategies not compatible to
those of Blue Canyon Farm.

Order Fulfillment: Fulfillment can take up to 3 weeks depending upon stock levels, and therefore all wholesale clients are asked to plan accordingly. If all products in your order are in stock and ready, you should receive your order within 2 weeks.  Back-ordered items can take up to 5 weeks to arrive. Please specify if you would like items to be sent as they are ready or held until the order is able to be shipped in full. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Shipping & Handling: The shipping charges
quoted in your order are based on the total weight of the products chosen via USPS. All orders will have Delivery Confirmation added. Orders shipped via USPS will require mandatory insurance based on the wholesale value of the order.

Wholesale Payments: Orders must be paid for in full in U.S. currency prior to shipment. At this time, we do not offer payment
terms (Net 30, 60, 90, etc). We accept all major credit cards. Credit Card charges will appear on your statement as Blue Canyon Farm.

Wholesale Returns & Restocking Fees:
We stand behind our products and want to maintain a great relationship with our
retailers. We value our customers. All retail orders come with a 5- day money
back guarantee. Items must be in resalable condition. Simply return the merchandise with the original invoice and a note stating your reason for return and we’ll gladly refund your purchase price. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable, and a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the re-fund.

Lost, Incorrect or Damaged Goods:
If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing
materials and contact us within 3 business days after its arrival. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only after the damaged merchandise has been returned to Blue Canyon Farm within 10 days of receipt forinspection. Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through delivery confirmation tracking, will be
replaced. For both circumstances, a monetary refund will not be given.

Canceling/Changing Your Order:
Due to our size and efficient fulfillment, our stock moves pretty quickly, so we cannot
guarantee that your order can be cancelled or altered after it has been placed.
You may contact us as soon as possible to see if your order has already started to be processed. In the event that it has not, we will be more than happy to make changes to it within 48 hours.

Privacy Policy:
We hate spam as much as you do, and will never share your information with anyone. It is for our eyes only.

Minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAP): The MAP policy applies to all Blue Canyon Farm products. Our minimum advertised price for Blue Canyon Farm products is 85% of the Suggested Retail Price (SRP), which is a 15% discount off of SRP. Resellers may offer products on promotion at a lower advertised discount only with written permission from Blue Canyon Farm.
The MAP policy may be adjusted by Blue Canyon Farm at its sole discretion. The
MAP policy applies only to advertised prices and does not apply to the price at
which the products are actually sold or offered for sale to an individual
customer within the reseller’s retail location or over the phone.

Territory Limitations: The sale or distribution of Blue Canyon Farm products outside the United States or to a third party other than an end consumer is strictly prohibited.

Raw Agricultural Commodities:
For retailers purchasing Blue Canyon Farm harvested culinary lavender bud.

Blue Canyon Farm is a small-scale family farm committed to the growing and
distribution of quality raw agricultural commodities. Blue Canyon Farm utilizes
various best practices to cultivate, grow, harvest, and package its raw agricultural commodities consistent with common practices for small-scale agricultural operations. Such practices include measures intended to prevent contamination, infestation, or adulteration of its raw agricultural commodities. Blue Canyon Farms strives to produce high quality raw agricultural commodities consistent with these practices. However, Blue Canyon Farm is exempt from numerous state and federal food standards and inspection requirements pursuant to 21 CFR 112.4(a) due to the nature of its operations as a small-scale family farm. For example, Blue Canyon Farm has obtained a notice
of exemption from the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food under the Produce
Safety Rule. Accordingly, Blue Canyon Farm makes no representations or guaranties regarding the safety, potency, or suitability of its raw agricultural commodities for any purpose or use, including but not limited to consumption, culinary uses, ingestion, or topical application regardless of how
such raw agricultural commodities are advertised by Blue Canyon Farm or how
such raw agricultural commodities are typically used, processed, or applied.
For raw agricultural commodities advertised as “culinary” by Blue Canyon Farm,
this label is based on cultivation, growing, and harvesting practices consistent with raw agricultural commodities intended for consumption as consistent with such practices that are commonly employed by small-scale family farms. Accordingly, such advertising is not a guarantee that the raw
agricultural commodity is suitable for any specific culinary use. Purchasers of
Blue Canyon Farm’s raw agricultural commodities are solely responsible to
independently test, assess, and determine the potency, purity, safety, and
suitability of Blue Canyon Farm’s raw agricultural commodities for specific
uses, culinary applications, or incorporation into the Purchaser’s products.
Blue Canyon Farm makes no representations or guaranties as to the compliance of
its raw agricultural products with any grade or standard. As agricultural products, Blue Canyon Farm’s raw agricultural commodities will vary in potency and suitability for various uses due to changes in environmental conditions from season to season and due to other conditions, both within and outside the control of Blue Canyon Farm. The use or purchase of Blue Canyon Farm’s raw agricultural commodities by the Purchaser constitutes an acknowledgment of this disclaimer and willingness of the Purchaser to use or incorporate Blue Canyon Farm’s raw agricultural commodities at the Purchaser’s own risk.

Purchasers are also solely responsibly to ensure that the importation of Blue Canyon
Farm’s raw agricultural commodities to the jurisdiction which Purchaser selects
for shipping is legal and the Purchaser is responsible to make all necessary arrangements and pay any import fees, duties, or other processing fees which
differ from standard shipping.
