Ingredients
- ¼ cup Blue Canyon Farm Cranberry Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped shallots
- ½ tsp Blue Canyon Farm Herbs de Provence
- 1 ¼ teaspoon mayo
- 1 ½ Tb Sugar
- 3/4 cup Blue Canyon Farm Meyer Lemon EVOO
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions

Combine vinegar, shallots, Herbs de Provence, mayo, mustard and sugar together in a mixing bowl.

Whisk in Meyer Lemon EVOO in a slow, steady stream to incorporate.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Refrigerate to store.
