Salmon with Lavender

INGREDIENTS:


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Rinse salmon and pat dry.
  2. Squeeze juice of 1 lemon evenly over salmon (more if needed depending on size of salmon)
  3. Grind Lavender Salt over salmon (sparingly, the pepper blend has a small amount of salt as well)
  4. Grind Lavender Pepper over salmon until completely covered (not a crust of pepper, but a thick layer)
  5. Slice lemons and lay rounds over top of salmon (alternate orange slices if using)
  6. Put fresh lavender sprigs on top of dressed salmon (optional but recommended)
  7. 3 or 4 pats of butter spread evenly
  8. Wrap salmon in foil; tenting foil over salmon
  9. Bake at 400 for around 15 min. (Rule of thum is 10 minutes per 1" thickness of salmon)
