Lavender Blueberry Scones with Lemon Glaze

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package of Lavender Scone Mix as directed, but after adding the cream also add 1 cup of blueberries. 

Bake as directed. 
While still warm, drizzle with lemon glaze. 


Lemon Glaze: 

  1. 1 cup confectioners sugar and 3 Tb fresh lemon juice 
  2. Whisk together powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. 

Instead of Lemon Glaze, try drizzling with our Blue Canyon White Balsamic Lavender Vinegar. It’s delicious!
